Small Rumbles

A series of series of small collages (9″ x 12″), using decorative Japanese paper as background.  Each is a series of 4 (a half-sheet of the paper, quartered). Collaged over this are my Shodo ink strokes (on light blue paper, cut out) and elements from Japanese Chiyogami paper.

Broken Open Series & Infestation Series

Two series combining my ink work with historical illustrations… Broken Open works with botanical illustrations. Infestation works with Audubon’s images of American bird life. More here:
